The proposition

A property marketplace covering the full transaction spectrum rather than a single mode: buying, selling, renting, and new-build projects, plus adjacent services in mortgages, agents, and commercial property. The headline "Find a Pillow in Singapore" gives an otherwise dry category a warm, human hook. Discovery is designed to run by neighbourhood rather than by filter, so a user who does not yet know their budget can still start exploring.

Design direction

A dark navy header and hero over a night skyline of the city, which gives the brand a premium, aspirational register uncommon in property listings. Green is used as the action colour against the navy. Below the hero the page opens up into a bright, photo-led neighbourhood grid where each district is a large image tile, so the page reads as a city guide before it reads as a database.

What was designed

  • Header with primary navigation across homes, rentals, mortgages, agents, and commercial, plus app download, list-your-property, login, and an overflow menu
  • Hero search with mode tabs for buy, sell, rent, and projects, and a combined search across city, locality, developer, or project, with configuration and budget selectors
  • Neighbourhood explorer introduced with a coverage statement, presented as photographic district tiles with an explore-nearby action on hover or focus, and a show-more expansion
  • App promotion section with device mockup, positioned after the user has browsed rather than interrupting them

What it demonstrates

Marketplace design for a high-consideration purchase, where the interface has to serve both a decisive buyer with search criteria and an early-stage browser with none. The neighbourhood-first discovery pattern and the listing-plus-services navigation are the notable structural choices, alongside a visual register that lifts a utility category.
